Bonjour mes amis!
Je suis retourner… from a wonderful week in Paris, France and am happy to share a page of my favourite photos. You will note I am in front of the REAL Eiffel Tower in this post! And to the right of that, a photo of myself reading a copy of a magazine celebrating the life of the late French designer Yves Saint-Laurent who passed over just prior to my visit to France.
The message I wish to share with you today is how important it is to take the time to set goals and dreams for your life and that you achieve these through your thoughts, feelings and ACTION. I wrote earlier this month about my vision board, scrapbook and creation box. However, it is important to note that some action is required on your part. The Universal Laws will bring opportunities to you but it is up to YOU to make the decision (this is your first action step) and go forward in faith. As James Ray teaches, we must go 3 for 3… when your thoughts, feelings and actions are all in alignment the universe will open up and you will step into your full power.
The completion of this dream of visiting Paris has me contemplating all of the opportunities that the universe has presented to me in the past 2 years since I became aware of how the universal laws and principles work. While in Paris I consciously offered up my thanks each and every day for the wonderment of how I came to be there. It became clearer with each day there that this was the RIGHT time for me to be in France. So as your dreams come true, remember to celebrate with gratitude.
I would also like to encourage you to enjoy the JOURNEY. Perhaps you are not where you want to be today; perhaps you are facing challenges that seem overwhelming. Find the lessons where you are today. Forge ahead in Faith and Gratitude for what you already have in your life. And know that your true destination never really arrives… we will constantly have new desires, dreams and goals. Such is life and this is the way that we grow and evolve. Now that Paris is checked off my list, I look to the rest of my “bucket list” with anticipation and faith that what is meant to be will be.
Paris ne s’est pas fait en un jour. (Paris wasn’t built in a day.) – French proverb

You continue to inspire me Brenda. I’m so glad I attracted you into my life:) and that you attracted me into yours
You have inspired me to update my vision board and begin a creation box.
Thank you my friend,
Tammy
Congratulations on fulfilling a long standing desire and I’m soooo happy that you enjoyed every minute. I have no doubt that more items in your Paris box will manifest when the right gestation period has been completed. Thank you for helping me learn about working with the laws of our Universe. I’m very grateful for your friendship.
Allison
Thank you, Tammy and Allison. I am blessed to have you both in my life. Thanks to YOU for providing me with inspiration always. much love and abundance to you
Do people who scrap book ever use ink jet printers for some of their material? Photos, patterns, even entire pages? (a printer that prints up to 13″ wide -12×12 no problem- is under $300 now!)
I am a photographer and use them all the time, only I have a very serious edge to my printing- I do not buy ink cartridges any more, and have saved thousands of dollars in ink, while being able to be more generous with giving away my shots than ever before. No more ink cartridges going to the dump! Talk about making a smaller “foot print” on the planet! I will gladly share this info with anyone who wishes.
I am thrilled for you and your dream come true. I am a newly found spiritual man, and have been linked here through one of the many excellent people in my life. Seems I am unable to meet anyone these days that doesn’t turn out to be an excellent soul, and a wonderful addition to my well being. Maybe this is guided footsteps, or new attitude towards people? Either way- ya gotta love it!
As your dreams come true~ celebrate with GRATITUDE~
I learned late last year yet another wonderful spiritual “Universal” Law. It was told to me the weekend of the USA Tanks Giving. It was relayed to me that Rev. Barb had used this theme in her sermon I had missed that day. She stated how much better this world would be if we all gave thanks more often for what we do have, rather than bicker and complain about what we lack. She went on to say how when we are truly grateful for something in our lives, this particular item often grows, multiplies, gets bigger, stronger~
I lost the good working use of my feet for almost two solid years, (6 years ago) and had a slow three year recovery to a comfortable ability to walk again. It is this ability to walk again that has made me not just grateful, but mindful AND grateful for EVERY STEP I TAKE.
** Wouldn’t you know that it was on this very weekend both Friday and Saturday night, that I was approached by strangers at my local night club who complimented not just my dancing, but my ability to “smoke up the dance floor”…
And so, people~ Celebrate with gratitude your dreams, and watch as they grow, multiply, get bigger- stronger…
As spiritual beings, we should not just see the cup as half full, but be grateful that we have that cup- and anything in it from that point is a bonus…
