Well, isn’t this a great topic to ponder?
We’re all guilty of at times neglecting someone or something in our lives… including ourselves. I’ve unfortunately neglected writing in this blog for several weeks… all with good reason. But I have surely missed it. I am happy to report I’m taking a week’s retreat all by myself in the country so that I can offer some much needed attention to my meditation and journalling practice which has also been neglected.
So, please do check back soon as I have much to write about and will post again very soon!
